Xbox series s bundle - no game pass

Hi, 

In October last year I purchased the Xbox series s bundle with the gaming pass for 24 months for £21/month, I still haven’t received the gaming pass for this. When am I expected to receive this as it’s been 9 months now.  

I’ve tried to redeem numerous times since December on the website ee.co.uk/xbox but after entering my phone number and the one-time passcode I receive an error that states “We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.”

I don’t see anything in my account relating to the game pass, but on my phone plan it’s got the tech add-on there.  I’ll attach a screenshot.
