I have had my broadband service, the made for gamers bundle live for over 2 weeks now and every time I try to activate my xbox game pass ass part of the bundle once I click to accept terms and conditions and to continue it loads for a few seconds before stopping and I have to try pressing continue again.
I tried calling 2 weeks ago where they told me to wait 14 days as per the email, it has been longer than that and nothing no email no text nothing, I cant use ee.co.uk/xbox as I do not have an ee phone number only broadband. called again today but as I'm technically not the account holder they weren't able to transfer me to the correct department, the account is linked under my email and phone number but was set up using a parents name around 5/6 years ago to help them
What can I do? I pay for the service and I'm not allowed to use it?

We don't want you to have any trouble using the services included in your plan, so I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I'd recommend giving the team a call when you are with the account holder, and they will be able to get you added to the account as a third party, so you can speak with the team moving forward, and work to get things sorted with your game pass.
