I haven’t received an activation code for my recent purchase for the game pass ultimate
I purchased series x that comes with 24 month of game pass ultimate and also £70 re game card but I’ve only received a code and pin for the game card and not the Xbox game pass
please could I have some assistance with getting a code

Welcome to the EE Community.
Please try going to https://ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the mobile number you used when ordering or the EE number of the account you added the Xbox to, and confirm the PIN. You should see the Game Pass there with an activate button. Once activated this will be take you to Microsoft to complete the setup.
If you have any issues please try loading the page on data rather than Wi-Fi and on another browser.
If you are unable to get set up following these steps, please get in touch with our tech guides and they will be happy to help.

Thanks for the support in trying to resolve this but unfortunately this still doesn’t work I will call and speak with someone to try and fix
