Would like an update on my new phone + contract I've ordered.

I was given the option to upgrade my phone contract for a £0 fee. Once I chose my phone and contract deal (Z Fold 6) and filled out the order, I received a confirmation email stating that it would be dispatched within 1-2 days. However, I have not received any updates to say it has been dispatched. I ordered my new Z Fold 6 on Wednesday early morning, and the website indicated that the phone was in stock.
