I placed 2 iphone 16 pro max orders in EE app which showed in stock, called and told by EE staff after saying they are not.

And on my order page I can't cancel the order.

2400 pounds money you don't let your customer cancel your order how?

@kkleo  To cancel the order you have to call customer support. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Guess what, 30 mins wait and they can't cancel it straight away. They need to ask the digital team to cancel the orders. And it will take up to 72 hours to cancel it.

Comparing to taking money for us which takes one second, they are so efficient.

I also made an order on the iPhone 16 Max pro but i have not received any update or news about. Just an order reference number that starts with EE- but everyone that i have contacted cant help. Who did you contact?

They cant help.

Even shown in stock its actually not.

So I end up calling EE to cancel them, which they cant cancel it straight away.

Such a stupid process.

Which number did you call? I have not had any luck with numbers that i have found

under consumer right you shouldn't need to call them to get autherisation to cancel your order.
