upgrade delay

i ordered and upgraded on 20th. have spent hours on the phone since then trying to get my upgrade device sent to me. 

i have already paid the up front cost and fee last week but still no delivery notification and order number doesnt work. 

calls are taking hours to be answered and guide chats are taking hours to be responded to

Hi @Debbierat31 I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on the new phone that you've ordered, I'm really sorry that you've spent so long trying to get in touch with a guide though.

Depending on our stock levels, some phones may take longer to dispatch than others, which phone have you upgraded to?
