It’s not fraud. This is a problem with the My EE app. It’s shows an order being prepared but if you click on Track there isn’t one. I’ve reported it a few times in the chat. They’ve been very good and explained there is no order and have escalated the situation.
But the bug still remains months later. I don’t know why they can’t fix it. It’s concerning to see an order when you haven’t place one.
