I placed a order for a new phone contract over 2days ago now, I've received the order tracking number and confirmation email but that's all I've heard, I keep trying my tracking number but it keeps saying its timed out. What do I do? Do I wait? phone up???

@Mummum2335 You receive an order number you’ll get a tracking number if this contact includes a device if it’s just a sim only it’s posted via Royal Mail 2nd class.

@Mummum2335 , just to add, if you ordered a device, then you will get notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, so long as the information is the same as with EE.

I've order a monthly contract and device I've paid £30 upfront this was 6am Tuesday morning.

However, as that's not working for you, I'd recommend giving our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check and update you on the status of your order.
