Wheres my Order?

I ordered an iPad air 13" on the website, said usually dispatched within one day. Tracking just says it's been dispatched, doesn't tell me what day it was dispatched but I have no other indication on when delivery will be. This is for my job and it's holding me back not having it. When will it be delivered?

This is a community forum and even the staffers here can’t access your account.

You’ve bought an expensive bit of kit there and deserve full despatch details.

Doesn’t tracking even show the courier they used?

It's very basic, no courier, no dispatch date, no estimated delivery. CS cant help as they can only see what I can

Wow. And nobody from CS can contact the despatch area for further and better particulars?

Did the order number begin with XKO, EE or SO0? Did you order it as its own contract, as an add to plan product or did you pay for it by card/finance?

If it was on a contract, it would be delivered by DPD. Which colour and storage size did you order?

That one does show that there is a wait for stock to arrive @Vikkii1. At the moment it is showing more than 28 days but that has just changed this morning.

I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can check your order, and if it is delayed, look at the other options for you.
