TV Order placed - No delivery information

I placed an order for a Samsung TV on 28/11/24 and received my order confirmation, but have had nothing since. The tracking reference I was provided is unusable online and I have had no confirmation about the status of my order.

Everything says I am meant to have received some form of confirmation about the delivery when checking online but, as previously stated, I have yet to receive anything.
