Ordered AirPods Max to Watch account, and haven't received delivery updates

Hi,

Four days ago I ordered the AirPods Max headphones, through the option of adding the accessory to my account.

Problem #1: I still haven't received any updates on what's happening with the order, and there's no way of tracking the order (XKO order number).

Problem #2: After I made the order, I realised in the confirmation email that the address associated with my account is missing the door number. However, I paid through Apple Pay which does include my door number (does this help?)

Problem #3: The order was made on my Watch account, so I can't receive updates through text.

 

What's the best course(s) of action here?

Thanks for coming to the community.

I understand you'll be keen to get your hands on the AirPods Max.

You wouldn't get anything else, other than the xko number, until the order is ready to be despatched, but that would normally go to the mobile number that the order was made on, so you won't get the texts to the watch.

If you download the DPD app, you can get notifications that way though.

With regards to the address, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, so they can check the order on the account and see what the address shows as, and if the house number is missing, get it updated with DPD.
