Hi I placed an order yesterday for pay monthly iPhone 14 Plus, paid £30 upfront I received the successful confirmation email but the only number I received begins with XKO . This number is not working on the tracking page. Order is also not showing on my account. How do I resolve this ? Thanks in advance

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
