Where's my reference number to track my order?

Just ordered a new phone with monthly plan, but when I finished the upfront payment, didn't received any confirmation or reference number on my registered email. How can I track my order now?

Welcome to the EE Community

Have you checked to make sure your confirmation e-mail has not went through to your junk/spam/promotions folder? 

If no e-mail has come through then the only way to track the current status will be by giving us a call and a guide can find the details for you. If you are an existing customer you can call us on 150 from your EE mobile, if you are a new customer you can call us on 07953 966 150 from any phone.  

In stock items will usually be delivered 1-2 working days after order and when it comes to tracking the delivery, you would get a text from DPD with the tracking information for your delivery once dispatched.
