Ordered  iPhone yesterday at 11:30am and have took money from my bank and not sent a confirmation email reference number or anything

I'd recommend giving the team a call as soon as you can as I would expect for you to have had your confirmation by now.

You'll receive an email when your order is processed. Alternatively look in your junk/spam email folders. 

Download the DPD app as well.

If you have checked your email you might need to call EE CS on 150. One you have the order number you can check EE order tracking:

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
How long do I have to wait for a confirmation before phoning it has been 27 hours since I ordered
