I have just got a contact it’s taken the money £70 upfront then said after I don’t fit criteria 

Iv checked my bank and it’s defenatly been taken ??

 

what is going on ??

@Natasha-87-  sounds like you have failed the credit check, you’ll be refunded you upfront payment within 5 to 10 working days. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The same has just happened to me did you sort it out about your money ? Did you manage to get it back? Hopefully you did get it back also for my self I hope so then it means I'll get mine back as well lol thank you fingers crossed for us both
