i recently switched from BT to EE and was told it would be next day delivery, however, after two days I have received no confirmation from EE or received my new phone. BT have sent me an email with my PAC number and confirmed I am switching on there end.
I currently do not have a phone to call up and ask what is going! Any help would be appreciated thanks

Have you already given EE your PAC code? You should have waited until you receive SIM card from EE to do this.
Is your old phone not working?
If you have not given EE your PAC code, then your phone should still work , because until you give EE your PAC code, it will not have changed.
Sim cards are sent by second class post.

I have the PAC code but I have not received my new handset or sim card or any information about when it will arrive. My old handset is broken so I am stuck in limbo at the moment.

@Jonesy13 , thank you for the update, maybe you know someone, who can lend you a phone until you get your new one, then you will be able to use your SIM card temporarily.
What phone, colour, storage size did you order?

Samsung A13 on Monday at around 6pm I was told I would get a next day delivery but no sign of it yet and no email to say the order is shipped or anything

@Jonesy13 , once EE are ready to dispatch the phone, you will receive notification the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

That phone is showing as in stock so I'd recommend contacting Customer Care so a member of the team can check the status of your order.

Okay great, thanks for your help. It is just frustrating as BT said it would be next day delivery when i did my upgrade with them.

Okay thanks, I will be able to make a call tomorrow. As i placed the order with BT should I ring them or ring EE direct?
