i recently switched from BT to EE and was told it would be next day delivery, however, after two days I have received no confirmation from EE or received my new phone. BT have sent me an email with my PAC number and confirmed I am switching on there end.
I currently do not have a phone to call up and ask what is going! Any help would be appreciated thanks
