I have ordered an upgrade from EE.I was not informed by ee or the courier company that the phone had been
dispatched.I missed the first delivery without realising that I had missed it.I then received a text an hour before the second attempt at delivery,I was on the train on the way to work.On returning home there was no sign of the phone.I asked my neighbours if they had seen the phone. On enquiring with the courier company I was told that a man signed as simply aron who had received the phone on my behalf.I have never heard of aron. The result is that EE have decided that the phone was delivered to the house and I will be charged for a two year contract and not compensated in any way for the loss of the phone.
After hours of discussion they have simply asked me to take contact the ombudsman.I think that I have been treated extremely unfairly and bullied.Any advice?

I have ordered an iphone from EE.After a 30 day wait the phone was attempted to be delivered at my home address with no notice.A redelivery was attempted with one hours notice.I was at work and on return could not find the phone.I asked various neighbours if they had seen the phone, nobody had.I contacted the courier company who said that a person called aron had received the parcel.I do not know anybody called aron.I contacted EE who believe that the phone was received by my household.Despite discussing for hours that I live in a multiple occupancy building they have insisted that I pay 2 years contract despite not having the phone.
After being such a long term customer I am amazed at their uncaring attitude. Two years at £94 per month for a phone that I do not have.I suppose that it is business as usual.

Thanks @powerstarapps12
I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile care team on 150, they can help you get this looked into further.
Leanne.
