Hi,
I’ve ordered an iphone 14 pro max 512GB and an Apple watch series 8 45band and however I received the wrong Apple Watch and the iphone has not yet arrived. When i tracked the iphone it stated I ordered iphone 14 pro max 128 GB.. this order is also wrong. How can i ensure the correct order will arrive? It’s my first time being an EE customer and I’m a bit disappointed with the errors so far.. I need answers please asap

@Abby264 you need to call customer services about this so you can return the wrong Watch.

Okay I’ll do that for the watch, 1 solution done.. Now what about the iphone pro max 512GB which not yet arrived? The tracking details for this order states 128 GB which is wrong also. How do we solve this?

I would discuss it with the Mobile Care team when you call, @Abby264.
