Unable to add item to basket - iphone

Hi, I am trying to purchase a SIM free iPhone from the ee website but whenever I try to add the item I get an error message which says I am unable to add the item to my basket, and I should try again later. I have tried again several times using different devices and browsers, and even from my current phone via the app. Each time I have the same error. It seems I am able to add the item when I am not logged in, but to complete the process I am prompted to log in, and then when I try to,  I again face the same the issue of being unable to proceed. I am tempted to just purchase my phone from another mobile phone seller, but would prefer to buy from EE as I already have an EE sim. Can anyone please help.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I am trying to purchase a SIM free phone but am unable to add the item to my basket when logged in. It appears to only work when not logged in, but in order to complete the order as a guest user, I am requested to create an account or login, which is where the process then again fails. I have tried with a different device and browser and get the same problem.

@Irfanasqureshi , I would suggest speaking to customer services by pressing option 2, you should get put through to one of the guides.
