Trying (and afiling) to place an order.....

I see from 2 other threads that the process of ordering through the website may be a little wonky.
For two days I have tried - as an existing customer - to add a second SIM card. I get so far then the message comes up  "Sorry, can't display that page" and invites me to 'contact EE'

Then the fun begins....

I get a screen with two blue balls going round and round getting bigger, then -

a screen with six boxes. I just about have time to select one when they disappear and it goes back to the circling balls

then the boxes
then the balls
then the boxes
then the balls

and so on.
Yesterday I left this to continue, thinking it would sort itself out - eventually it did, the word BLOCKED came up at top left and I could do nothing more all day.

Today I've given up and come here. Would it be so much trouble simply to give a contact phone number?

Hi @PeteBrid

I am sorry to hear this.

Have you tried clearing all cookies and cache and opening a new browser?

If so and you are still unable to order the additional SIM contract, please call us on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone and the team will be happy to help 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne
OK, cleared caches and cookies. Browser is Firefox.

Got into the SIM only deals on the website, then ....
"Can't add a SIM to your contract at this time, contact EE" and when I click there, it's the balls and boxes all over again.
I'll ring customer service in the morning.
Pete
