I have tried to use the help service and the tracking system keeps failing and I have received any updates on my order

Did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number on? 

What make and model phone did you order? I can check on the stock levels and expected delivery times. 

If the online tracking is not working I would suggest you Contact Us to check on the status of your order.
