Order status confused??

ordered new phone and got the initial email below thanks for order etc when I track it shows the status below does this mean it’s awaiting dispatch and it’s passed all checks? Been on phone an hour trying to speak to someone

Unable to recieve pin code

I'm about to upgrade my phone but the pin verification isn't working. Apparently they've sent me a pin but I haven't received anything and now I've reached the limit of pin numbers they can send.What should I do?
