Trying to get a proof of purchase to claim Samsung chromebook offer.

Been trying to get hold of customer services for over a week and unable to speak to anyone... have tried every combination!! 

We missed out on a previous offer with another handset due to being unable to get POP  within the 30 days.

If you ring customer service and press 2, you should be able to speak to customer service, but the wait time may depend on how busy they are.
