Hello
I placed an order on Thursday night, the confirmation email said two working days but I haven’t had any further emails and my order number says no tracking or tracking expired.
Please can you check that the order was successful?

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

@Samanthanaomi_ , have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if anything has gone there?
