I have ordered Honor X6a a week back and have not received any updates on it. I have called helpdesk and they informed me that you will start to get updates in 2 days but no luck so far.
can some one help or provide me contact number/email to check what happening with order?

With is starting with an EE, it would be our electronics team who can help with this. You can see more about that here EE Tech orders including accessories and SIM free handsets | Help | EE.
You can reach them on either 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 0062 is their direct number.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?
There is no email address to check, but if you look at my signature you can find ways to contact EE.
You should receive notification up to the evening before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour nwindow.

I have checked spam but nothing there. when I made purchase it said 3-5 working days but no luck with delivery yet and no communication from EE about order delays.

I ordered as guest so its not showing anything. However, If I can track order then its showing placed but no more updates. Is there contact number that I can use? Its really tough to reach to helpdesk for sim free phone customer.

Does it show an order number at all? If so, what does the order number start with as it will depend on which department can help with this. Make sure not to post the full order number please.

Email that I received after purchase state order number EE-*******.

Thank you just spoken to support team they have confirmed that stock is in place and I will get communication in next few days from DPD. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
