Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

On a side note, why do we have to claim our "free starter pack" after we have recieved the phone? Surly it would be easier to send it with the order as they know you've pre ordered.

The existing order would need to be cancelled, and then if the store has an available device, they can place the order for you this may not be in stock, if so, the store will contact you when this is available. 

If you would like an update, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.

I have been on hold for a total of 3 hours since yesterday and today. Should I phone the local shop at 9? I'm currently on hold and have been  for 20mins. I have had zero communication about the actual device since the confirmation email on the 11th.

I have just received my fold 4

Fingers cross for you all. 

This is for a EE representative. Why is there hardly ever anyone from EE on here answering questions, especially when it comes to these pre orders. It would make a lot of sense if some of your staff would answer or even take on board the frustration that many customers have.

@Halfman While not an EE representative, I can answer your question.

Money.

It would cost EE money to have staff other than moderators here.

Turns out my pre order for 2 was taken but only 1 handset actually placed on order EE's end.

Luckily upon checking this around 4pm yesterday the new person i spoke to replaced the order for the 2nd handset and have had confirmation from DPD that both will be delivered to me between 10am and 11am.

So in theory pre order placed yesterday is being delivered this morning. Cant really moan too much at that

Thats good news.

Hope fully more customers will get a notification today or over the weekend.
