Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

i also get a message from EE regarding my contract changing also later on in the day..

Keep your eye on the DPD app. They will notify you before the EE app/status.

I have the DPD app and it changed to "Parcel collected from sender" at 10:24 this morning

I got the text from EE about the contract change about 08:00 this morning.

You should get it tomorrow like me. ( i did also get a message from DPD that it will be delivered tomorrow)

That message as disappeared now for some strange reason.

Will see what happens tomorrow.

got my message from EE at 9.06am. (not sure if it means anything at all)

i got a notification from DPD even though my EE status was still stating order confirmed. so dont rely on EE status. they seem to be a bit slow on their updates if you ask me.

All ive had is the contract message about change and thats it. No notification from dpd not even picked up from sender. I'm pretty upset. I knew I wasn't going to get a notification for some odd reason that's why I phoned them 3 times today on hold for 2hours to no avail. Even tried messaging them on Facebook.......... again. If I don't get a notification tomorrow I'll be phoning them up an unhappy customer.

@Lauraburns2148 When you say you've not had a notification from DPD, do you mean a notification from the DPD app installed on your current phone or do you mean a text message and/or e-mail?

If the latter, don't worry, neither have I, and I don't expect anything until late tonight or tomorrow morning. If the former, then that's a different issue.

When you placed the order, did you not receive a text message from EE saying "Hi {first_name}, your order is confirmed. To get the latest update on your order visit {link to order tracking}"?

I've literally had nothing from dpd no email txt or notification. I pre ordered on the 11th at 9am kinda late to the party but still early enough I shouldn't be having this problem. All week they said there's no delays with colours and everything is on track for Friday. I'll wait until 11am which I'm sure is the latest dpd send out texts for delivery that day if I don't get one like I said I won't be happy with ee.

FWIW I think it's safe to say that mine will be delivered tomorrow after all. The DPD app is saying:

Just got an update via DPD app. 

"We have your parcel and its on its way to our Milton Keynes depot"

I live in Milton Keynes so I'm hoping it means a delivery tomorrow.
