Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

That's brilliant news! I hope you enjoy you're new phone tomorrow. I've still got nothing yet so far from dpd........or EE. EE are probably thinking she's phoned too many times this week let's delay hers hahaha only joking! My contract has changed so something is happening but I'm waiting a few hours and if I haven't received a notification I'll try phoning again just to check.

Has everyone received their DPD notification. As I haven't yet? I know it can be up to tomorrow morning but this is definitely frustrating.

Hi there, nothing at all. Have you? It's not showing up with anything not even picked up from sender 😒. I'm still praying I get it tomorrow but can't see it now.

All I have had is the "Parcel collected from sender".

I'm pretty set that I'm not going to get it tomorrow and I'm away from Saturday. If I don't get it tomorrow I'm cancelling my order. I know it will mean waiting longer but there are better deals out there and I can shop around while I'm away.

if you should cancel, it will more than likely be a long wait. I have been in your position many times with EE, especially when it comes to pre orders.

What date did you purchase it. (It may also depend on the date customers made their pre order and and how much stock get delivered to DPD. (which i think is out of EE.s hands) very annoying i know.. May be hold off till you get back off your break if you can.

Notifications will vary for everyone.( you could get one tomorrow or even saturday)

My pre order was made on the 10 August before the press conference ended. (soon as samsung gave the release date i did my pre order)

download the DPD app and register your details if you havent already.

My phone will be delivered tomorrow. I got my notification at 7.30am this morning from DPD.

I ordered as soon before the launch event finished, as soon as they announced the dates, so must have been same as you. 

I know I'll have to wait longer if I cancel but I believe more in good service.
