Samsung S24 Ultra pre-order

I ordered 28 days ago and still havent recieved any delivery information about my order. Im getting a bit worried as the deadline for the watch is getting close.

EE have told me that they are not taking any new orders at the moment but are waiting for stock from samsung to fulfill the pre orders and that it would be more than 28 days from pre ordered date until delivery

If I were you I'd get I'd go to the EE website page were they are still selling Samsung S24 Ultra ITB phones and (in your case for yellow) promising Usual dispatch in 14 days and take a screen capture of the browser (date stamped or including your date display). Then if you do decide to contact trading standards you will be able to demonstrate that EE continued to sell the phone with an offer that couldn't be fulfilled prominently displayed with a 2 week dispatch date for a phone they have told you is not going to be restocked.

Of course once you have this evidence it is worth giving EE a call to see what they say about it.

And qualified for the watch will receive it within 45 days.
