Hello,
hoping someone can help, I placed an order today and paid a little upfront cost, I got an order confirmation and set up my online account. But couldn’t see anything I then later on got an email stating thanks for choosing EE your order will be on its way to store soon and details about ID but still can’t see the order on the app!
It also advises it can’t display anything on tracking.
is my order successful or failed or is it just not showing?

@Jrich1997 You don’t have a phone number to linked to the account so how can anything else be there. You can not track what’s not been dispatched and if it’s a store collection the store will contact you when it’s there for collection

Okay thank you, I’m assuming with it advising it’s going to be with the store soon it means the order was successful

Once the order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery to the store. Once the store have received your order they will be in touch to let you know when this can be collected 🙂
