Ordered a new handset and contract 10 days Ago and was initially issued a "thanks for your order" email since this point I have recieved no further confirmation from EE I have since attempted to track my order using the order number and my phone/email
It just says it cant give me an update and I need to watch for updates from EE in emails and tects from DPD, makes me think the phone hasnt been dispatched if this is the case, is it standard for phones to take this long? my last one EE issued within a few days and kept me informed with texts etc, not great customer service

@sam989 What did you order ? Have you spoken with customer services about this ?
