S24 ultra delivery delayed

I placed an order on the 20th Jan for an s24 ultra black 1Tb and enquired with customer service when I would receive my order.

I was informed that it would be shipped in 3-5 days and that it was marked as a priority as I enquired.

It's now the 25th and having heard nothing from EE besides an order confirmation, I contacted EE support last night and was told it would be delivered in 14 days due to delays.

I'm seriously considering cancelling my order now as this is the second time this has happened to me.. the last time I ordered a note 8 and got an email on the day of the delivery that they cancelled the shipment. I then went in-store and cancelled my order and took the phone from the franchise instead. 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any possibility that the phone will be sent sooner? After these two experiences I'm not going to be ordering from EE in future as they have let me down both times.

That timescale is for new orders today. As we receive stock from the manufacturer, we'll clear orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

Been looking on Samsung.com and it looks like the 24+ and S24 Ultra will be ready for despatch/delivery between the 9th and 14th of Feb hope this is correct because I am sick of waiting for my S24 Ultra 1tb grey

Im the same , ordered on 20th jan still no phone , i called ee about a week ago and was just basically I'll have to wait because of stock levels. Pointless in pre ordering really ... No update from ee since

I placed my pre order for a black S24 ultra 1Tb on 22nd of January and wad sold a dream by the person on the end of the phone telling me I'd probably get the phone just before release date. After lots of messing around with EE taking double the payment (over £1000) and having to wait nearly 2 weeks to get my money back, I still have not received my phone. Its getting beyond a joke now. Feel like writing to the CEO to explain this poor service.

If the particular model you ordered is on backorder, it will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer.

You'll receive a notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I ordered around the same time. Its now for weeks later and no sign of the phone I've paid for. Its frustrating because I could have bought this in an EE shop. I though ordering online would have been easier. I won't make this mistake again!

32 days later and I've finally got a text from DPD saying it's going to be delivered tomorrow. I was told I'd get it before 31st January. EE have been a joke with this, just giving me false dates every time I've called. I've raised a complaint. Hope you get yours soon 👍
