Order confirmation needed

Hello,

I have ordered a new iPhone 15 pro 512gb and I paid £300 upfront. After payment I got a mail stating that I need to call EE customer service to provide more details and to confirm my order. I been trying to reach EE customer service through call but it's not connecting. What should I do now and what will happen to my upfront if I don't contact EE customer service?
