Hi, I upgraded my phone on 5th Jan and opted to get a monthly discount on the contract by trading my old phone in. After 2 weeks no return pack had been received although the new phone arrived within 2 days and so I contacted EE. After 2 calls they gave me the email address of likewize and so I sent them an email.
How long does it take for them to turn stuff round ?
Reading other queries on here it seems this is quite a common situation. I don’t want to run out of time to send back the old phone. As of yet there’s been no messages to indicate any time limit being reached.

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check your account and send you another package.

I upgraded my phone a week ago, I collected the delivery from the store but haven't received a returns parcel for my old phone? I don't want to be charged the extra or anything but I have no way of returning the previous device.

The returns bag would be sent through the post and can take up to 7 working days, if you have not received the returns pack after this time please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂
