delivery limbo

I ordered a new phone 3 days ago, and since then heard nothing about delivery- tracking info just says "sorry can't show order details right now" the only way to get in touch with EE is by phone, my old phone smashed which is why I've ordered a new one so I have no phone to make a call... so I'm stuck waiting with no phone - any advice?

Its an upgrade, I was sim only on my old one which has now broken so upgraded to a new one, Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G 128GB Graphite

This device is showing in stock. 

Could you try downloading the DPD app and use the email address registered with EE and delivery postcode, do any scheduled deliveries show?

Hi Leanne

 

I can't download the app but have checked the website and don't have a parcel number so DPD doesn't show me anything. I tried the order number but it just gives me an error

Hi @lloydalbert 

Have you tried using either the email or mobile number to see if any deliveries show? 

If not, you would need to call us from any other phone and the team will get the order checked for you.
