Return pack not received

Hi, I upgraded my phone on 5th Jan and opted to get a monthly discount on the contract by trading my old phone in. After 2 weeks no return pack had been received although the new phone arrived within 2 days and so I contacted EE. After 2 calls they gave me the email address of likewize and so I sent them an email.

How long does it take for them to turn stuff round ? 

Reading other queries on here it seems this is quite a common situation. I don’t want to run out of time to send back the old phone. As of yet there’s been no messages to indicate any time limit being reached.

Welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your packaging hasn't arrived.I'd recommend calling Likewise as soon as you get the chance: 0208 7323 79.

 

Hopefully they can get a package sent out for you quickly, if they haven't already.

Thanks for your reply. I tried likewize although the number was actually 0208 732 3798 . They had no record on their system of my number so it’s back to EE I think. I’ll try them again.

Just spoke to someone at EE in the upgrades section and now a return pack is being sent. Hopefully that’ll be it now.

A week on now and the return pack still hasn’t materialised.

This is starting to become a bit of a saga. Quite disappointing really. At least I’m not being chased up for the old phone yet.
