Can't find anywhere to enter Friends and Family code?

Hi,

I've went through the process of Upgrading to a new S24 Ultra, right to the last page just before the purchase, and I cannot see a 'Box' or anything to put the code in?

I tried upgrading over the phone, but i was advised the code can only be used Online, so i tried again, but still cannot see anywhere to enter this code.

I've tried a couple of different browsers just in case, allowed ALL cookies ect.. but still nothing.

Any ideas?

I might also add, I previously upgraded a few weeks ago, but cancelled it as I decided my monthly bill was too high for my liking.

I doubt this is why i see no option to put a code in, but thought maybe it was worth mentioning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

thanks

@Davie0 : It was on the Extra page as "Got a voucher code?" which you've probably passed by.

Hey, thanks for the quick reply.

I went over it again and found it under the Insurance options.

Discount has been applied, and i'm just off a call to confirm everything and my phone is on its way.

Happy days! 🙂

Thanks
