Hi there,
If you're returning a broadband router and EE knows about it, you might get it via email or you may get it via post with packaging to send the device back to EE. If you don't get it, contact EE from 150 or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
If any accessories are damaged you might be charged for those items.
Please note: If you got your Home Broadband Router from a 3rd party, you'll need to discuss with them instead of EE.

Sorry, I just saw your other reply before I posted my comment. Anyways, if they sent it out to you by post, please call customer services on 150 or 0800 079 8586. If it was sent in an email for print out, find the email in the "Deleted" part of your email.
