i ordered the iphone 17 pay as you go this morning around half past 7 and have had no further information. haven’t received a confirmation email or any emails since ordering. the money has been taken out and is not pending it’s been processed and i am not sure what’s going on. has my order went through or not? i’ve also spoken to customer service and they said to wait 24-48 hours but i am eager to know whether it’s went through

We have no way of seeing if the order has gone through from here, as we don't have account access.
If you saw a confirmation screen with an order number, then we have received the order, but it is worth checking the junk or spam folder of your email in case it has dropped in there.
The payment won't have fully cleared yet, but it would be showing as pending with your bank when you attempt to make the payment. We wouldn't then take the amount until the order is processed.
If the order didn't go through, it would be returned to your balance by your bank in around 10 days.
If our customer service guides are not able to see the order when you've called, it will not have been processed yet, and their advice of waiting 24-48 hours is best at this time.
If it was a successful order, you'll get confirmation from DPD by email or text, or in the DPD app if you have that, when it is on the way.
If you've still not heard anything in the next couple of days, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call back so they can check the account.
