Is anyone else having issues with there orders? I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max on the 2nd January and was told 7-10 days wait and now been told it could be an additional 21 days. Has anyone got there order recently ?

The current guidance is showing as 21 days, but that is for orders placed today.

If you placed your order on 2nd January, the guidance was up to 14 days for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver.

It does also tell me that the oldest outstanding order was from 16th January so I would recommend giving our customer service guides another call so they can check the order for you.

Have you checked EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

If EE do not have the stock then you'll need to wait. Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well as you will need a pin for the driver.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

There are different wait times depending on which version of the iPhone 17 Pro Max you order, and the delivery timescales are estimated and may change if stock arrival is delayed.

If you let me know which colour and storage size you ordered, I can check the current stock information.

I understand that it’s slightly frustrating that I have been told several wait times. It was the 256gb in silver

How would I go about cancelling it? It hasn’t been dispatched yet and I have found it elsewhere for next day delivery so would prefer to order there

what is an outstanding order? i’ve been waiting for the same one since 4/1/26

An outstanding order is when someone hasn't had their phone dispatched yet. Our stock information will show us what date that is up to.

If an order was placed before that date and hasn't been received, it would need to be checked by our customer service guides by calling them. @xhqneyz.
