Hi everyone,

I’m posting here because I still haven’t received my EE SIM card.

Order number: xko*********
Order date: 3 January 2026

It’s been some time since I placed the order, but the SIM hasn’t arrived yet. Could someone from EE please check the status or advise on next steps?

Welcome to the community,

I have reported that personal details, such as order numbers must not be written in posts as per forum rules, this is a public forum unless you can remove it yourself asap.

I would suggest speaking to customer service, we have no way of knowing who you are or account access, as it does seem longer than expected to receive a SIM card, which is sent out by second class post.
