Dear EE

I haven't used the new sim yet but I have changed my mind and don't want to switch provider. What should I do?

Hi @Sarah767,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

Are you currently with EE and are in the process of moving away? Or are you with another company and had started the move to EE?

If you are joining us but no longer want to, you would be best to get in contact with us so your order and any number transfer you may have setup can be cancelled.

If you had setup to move from us to a different provider but no longer wish to I would recommend contacting that provider to cancel the order with them.

Alex

@Sarah767 : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
