I upgraded from a sim only contract to a new phone a couple of days ago (order placed over the phone), but there was an error in the e-mail address the order confirmation was sent to so I didn't receive one.
I called and was told that a new order confirmation couldn't be sent to the correct e-mail address because it was an automated process.
I need to submit proof of purchase, but without the order confirmation, does anybody know what else I can get hold of?

Hello @Kaisan.
Although you did not receive an order confirmation our customer care team can provide a proof of purchase.
This is a different process to sending a confirmation email.
Please give us a call back on 150 and a member of the team will be happy to help.
