I ordered I phone 13 x 2 with additional line in 3rd January. Paid 2 deposits upfront for phones which have came off bank account. Order number not recognised. What is going on????

What does the order number start with? Do not give the whole order number.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. 

If you want more information, I suggest you ring customer service, as this is not customer service.

@Catz456  That’s an order number not a tracking number.  You’ll get a tracking number once a device/s have been allocated to you.
