Trade in / New Phone

I ordered a new phone with Trade in of my old phone. Of course i want to wait for my new phone to arrive before sending my old one back. 

However they give me to the 12th Jan otherwise i will pay full price for the bill. I have received the Package to send my phone on the 3rd. But still no new phone. 

1, can i have the date changed that i have to have my phone back with them ? if so how ? (No live chat anymore, not that i can see)

2, Will it really matter if my old phones gets to them late ?

Any advice will help.

You should not have to send the old phone back until you receive your new phone. Live chat still exists, try here:
