Where’s my order?

I ordered the iPhone 13 on 31/12/22 in the morning had the confirmation email of my upgrade details and phone plan details. But I haven’t heard anything about delivery. It says in my confirmation email usually dispatched within 1 working Day. But I still have not received my phone or any updates about delivery. What is going on? I can’t track it because not been given a tracking number.

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

This is not customer service, but a public forum and if you want more information, you will have to ring them.

EE products come from China, and if stocks are low, then that can depend when you will receive it. No deliveries are done over the new year and Monday was also bank holiday, so if in stock, you should hear soon.

The estimated dispatch time for the phone you ordered is 7 days. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
