Hi there!
Just placed an order for a pay monthly phone with EE, got to payment screen the upfront cost has been taken from my bank but then I got a thanks for your order screen and it said 'please call us to discuss we need to confirm a few details', also got a SMS to call customer support.
I’m trying to call that phone number but the line is closed, and I can not find the opening hours.

The money is reserved by your bank, not taken.
If you cannot contact EE today then you'll need to try tomorrow.
