Opening times

I need to speak to an adviser about changing delivery location to home address or canceling, but i cant get though. Just says "The office is currently closed" and then says there open till 10pm? its 4? The ee stores are even open, and there is no info on christmas hours?

@djenson Deliveries are made to the billing address.  This can not be changed.

My phone is currently going to my EE store, however i need it to go to the billing address or be canceled. To do this, i need to call EE. Are you aware of their opening hours?
