Been having this issue for a while where I cant look at upgrade deals or any broadband deals as I get this message:

 

Sorry, something went wrong on our end

 

We’re working to fix this. Please try again later.

 

"

I have called a few times about it and they said they will fix it soon but no resolution in sight yet..

Sorry to hear you're facing trouble upgrading online. 
While this is being resolved for you have you had the opportunity to speak to our Upgrade/Broadband team about the deals available to you?

I've been having this problem for months, will it ever be fixed?  Has EE been hit by ransomware?  I've never known anything  like the length of time this is taking to resolve.

I haven't spoken to them, couldn't get through, and can't use website.
